Authorization for the photo shooting

I authorize the Click & Dreen di Lisa Baesso photography studio and its delegates to take photographs and/or videos of the minor mentioned above, also and possibly together with the undersigned, made for the execution of the photographic service requested and/or commissioned by me, as well as authorize the storage of the photos in the computer archives. This release is issued free of charge.

Processing of personal data

Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, your personal data will be processed by Lisa Baesso of the Click & Dreen photography studio and its delegates for the performance of the contract and will not be disclosed to third parties.

The data provided may be used for:

• a) Purposes connected and instrumental to the management of the contractual relationship and the fulfillment of contractual obligations;
• b) Purposes connected and instrumental to the fulfillment of obligations established by laws, regulations and community legislation;
• c) Purposes functional to the performance of the newsletter service, customer satisfaction survey, information activities with commercial and/or promotional purposes of Click & Dreen activities via e-mail, ordinary mail or other means.

In relation to the data provided, you may exercise the rights set forth in art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003: confirmation of the existence of the data, origin, purpose, updating, cancellation, right to object.

Image Rights and Authorization

The Client, as parent/legal guardian of the minor, expressly authorizes the Photographer to photograph the minor and to use the images only for the purposes agreed between the parties. The Client may grant or deny authorization for the use of the images for commercial, promotional or advertising purposes.

• If the Customer grants the authorization:

  cIf the Customer grants the authorization:The Photographer will have the right to use the images of the minor for promotional and commercial purposes, including publication on websites, social media and advertising material, subject to specific written indication in this contract. The Client will be able to download and share the photos published by the Photographer on websites or social media, provided that he/she does not crop or remove the name or trademark of the Photographer present in the images. In case of sharing on social media, the Client undertakes to tag the Photographer or mention him/her clearly in the post.

• If the Customer doesn't grant the authorization:
  The Photographer undertakes not to disclose or use the images of the minor for commercial, promotional or advertising purposes without further written consent from the Client.

In the event of failure to grant authorization by the Client, the Photographer will not deliver any digital files of the photos that have not been purchased through the price list packages. Only the photographs purchased by the Client will be delivered in the agreed format (digital or printed).

I authorize the publication and/or distribution in any form of the images taken during the execution of today's photo shoot on the website, on printed paper and/or on any other means of distribution. I also authorize the conservation of the photos in the computer archives, aware that the purposes of such publications are of an advertising and promotional nature relating to the activities of the Click & Dreen by Lisa Baesso photography studio.
